Free trial first

Every account starts with a 15-day free trial, with no card needed, so you can try every module before paying anything.

Payments are final

Subscriptions, renewals and charges for modules added during a billing period are not refunded, in whole or in part, except where the law requires it.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from the billing page of your account at any time. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.

Removing a module or an establishment lowers your next bill. It does not refund the current period, and the module stays usable until then.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, which also handles billing questions and any refund the law requires. Questions about a payment: support@yousual.app.
